I went to San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic, and there was a cocolo (English speaking people from, or descendants of,  the other Caribbean islands or US) that had a little shop full of junk. I bought about $5. worth and made this set up. I had that little box for years. I could never figure out what it was made for.
