Lombardia – A Tradition of Fine Foods

This was quite a project between Italy and Special Advertising Sections. I put together a team to get this done. We hired my chef friend Kathryn and my photographer friend Jody. I did all the shopping for the food, Kathryn cooked it all and Jody photographed it. In the middle of all a hurricane hit. We had no electricity for about 4 days and we had to eat all the food. Most of the materials went bad so I had to go out and re-purchase and we had to re-cook. But, we got it done. I hope the Italians never knew what we went through so it looked real easy at their end. I am guessing this because they let us do it again the next year.
