Branding

Corporate branding is the sum of your company’s identity.
The look, the feel, the color, the shape of everything your company does seen by the public is your branding. You logo, stationery, brochures, packaging, business cards, website, etc. all have to convey the same look and feel to put out a clear message of who your company is.
Branding:
Brand is the personality that identifies a product, service or company (name, term, sign, symbol, or design, or combination of them) and how it relates to key constituencies: Customers, Staff, Partners, Investors etc. More than just a logo, your brand image is the sum of all your tangible and intangible traits — the ideas, beliefs, values, prejudices, interests, features and history that make you unique. Brand image may be the best, single marketable investment a company can make. Branding is not simply the expected features and benefits of your product or service. Branding is uncovering (and sometimes creating) your distinctive difference. How you differ from the rest is what sets you apart from all other competitors. It is what motivates you, your people, and ultimately, excites your clients to choose you over another similar product or service.
Identity:
The outward expression of a brand, including its name, trademark, communications, and visual appearance. Brand identity is what the owner wants to communicate to its potential consumers.
Do you have a corporate ID? Matching letterhead, business cards, logo, envelopes, etc.? Does your Website carry the same brand as the rest of your company Identity? Every time you mail something, is it sent in the company letterhead? What about e-newsletters? Are you using a Constant Contact template? Or have you had a custom designed template keeping your brand intact? These are very important questions you need to be asking. We help you put it all together while making sure that all your collateral looks like it belongs to you. You will be sending out a cohesive, consistent, recognizable identity.
Logo:
A Logo is a graphic mark or emblem commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition. Logos are either purely graphic (symbols/icons) or are composed of the name of the organization. Effective Logo Design must be simple, memorable, timeless, versatile and appropriate– think Coke, AT&T, Shell, NBC, Target. You identify the icon as the brand. Your Logo is part of your brand, but a logo, by itself, is not branding. It is the consistent look and feel in everything that has to do with your product or company.
Ever played the game “Logo”? Most kids know most of them. That is not by coincidence. These companies have “invested” in their branding. It is the most important faction of a business. recognized companies have strict guidelines for every use of their logo. You can’t just take it and use it anywhere.
Logo Packages
What’s in a Logo Package?
Whether you need a new logo design from scratch or if you already have a design, but it’s a low resolution jpg? consider having a logo package done: built in a vector file and saved in all the formats you will need.
Your logo package includes an original vector source file created in Adobe Illustrator (AI), a PDF that’s also vector, as well as raster JPGs and/or PNGs that you can place in Word Docs, emails, website listings, etc.. They come in 3 folders… PRINT (CMYK files: jpgs, tiff, eps, png), WEB (RGB files: jpg, gif, png and BLACK & WHITE for things like a 1 color imprints on specialty items. You may also want a gray version for Newspaper ads.
The original vector file can be modified and enlarged to any size (without loosing quality) for different uses. All the other formats are created from it. You can go from a business card to a billboard size with a vector file.
You’ll never be strapped for a logo again, and printers will love having this package, as well as sign companies, banner companies, publications, t-shirt companies, specialty item printers, ad designers, publishers, etc. Just give them the AI vector file if you’re not sure which format they need. They’ll love it & it will look great!
Vector?
Vector files are built in lines instead of pixels. This allows them to be enlarged and manipulated all you want without losing any quality. While a raster image, such as a jpg,, tiff, png, etc. can only be reduced the same size or smaller and will lose quality the more you manipulate it.
